Pre-Qualification Form

Use this private form only with qualified prospects. It’s off by default.


Turn It On

  1. Go to yoursite.com/studio.
  2. Click Form Settings > Pre-Qualification Form tab.
  3. Toggle Enable Pre-Qualification Form on.
  4. Set the Recipient Email (otherwise it goes to your contact form recipient).
  5. Optional: edit the Success Message to set expectations (e.g., “We’ll follow up soon”).
  6. Click Publish.

The form lives at yoursite.com/prequalification. It’s not in navigation and not searchable.


When to Send It

  • After a contact form inquiry that seems qualified.
  • Before a first meeting to prepare.
  • When you want structured onboarding info.

Suggested flow: respond to the contact, share the pre-qualification link, receive their answers, then schedule.


What It Collects

  • Personal details, goals, current situation, time horizon, risk tolerance.
  • You receive an email with all responses.

Keep It Controlled

  • Only share the link with prospects you’ve screened.
  • Follow up promptly—they invested time.
  • If you don’t need it, leave it disabled.
