Common Issues

Fast fixes for common problems. Follow the steps in order.


Login

  • Use yoursite.com/studio. If it won’t load, refresh, try another browser.
  • “Invalid credentials”: turn off Caps Lock, retype email/password exactly.
  • Forgot password: email support@moframework.com.

Changes Not Showing

  • Wait 30–60 seconds, then hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).
  • Check you clicked Publish (yellow dot = draft).
  • Try incognito or another browser. Wait 5 minutes if still stale.

Images

  • Won’t upload: keep under ~5MB, use JPG/PNG/WebP, try renaming and reuploading.
  • Blurry: start with a higher-resolution source; match recommended sizes.
  • URL not showing: make sure the link ends in .jpg/.png and is public.

Forms

  • Not receiving emails: check spam; confirm recipient in Form Settings; fix typos; try again.
  • Button not working: fill required fields; try another browser. If still broken, contact support.

Display

  • Mobile looks off: refresh; remove any unusual custom content; if still broken, contact support.
  • Fonts look generic: wait/refresh; clear cache; recheck Display Settings and Publish.
