Blog Posts
Post short updates to stay current. Steps are straightforward.
Turn the Blog On/Off
- Go to
yoursite.com/studio. - Click Office Page Settings > Blog tab.
- Use Enable Blog toggle. On = shows at
yoursite.com/blog. - Click Publish.
Create a Post
- Click Blog Posts in the sidebar.
- Click + Create.
- Fill Title and Content (required). The Slug (URL) fills in automatically; leave it unless you need to change it.
- Optional: add Featured Image, Excerpt, Author, Published Date.
- Click Publish to make it live.
Edit, Draft, or Delete
- Edit: open the post, change text, click Publish.
- Draft: close without publishing; yellow dot means draft (not on the site).
- Delete: open the post, click Delete, confirm. This is permanent.
Keep Posts Simple
- Short headline; avoid jargon.
- Use brief paragraphs and bullet lists.
- Add a featured image if you have one (JPG/PNG; most phone photos are fine).
- Once published, avoid changing the slug so links don’t break.
If Something Looks Off
- Reopen the post and click Publish again.
- Check Office Page Settings > Blog for the display style.
